The Humane Society of Yuma operates a spay and neuter clinic where we offer spay and neuter at reduced costs. To learn more about spay and neutering and its benefits, visit our page on the issue of pet overpopulation.
We also alter feral cats as part of our TNR program managed by Feline Friends. Learn more about Feline Friends and feral cats here.
All owners must show proof of pet's vaccinations or they can be administered the day of surgery. Required vaccines are as follows:
Rabies and DAPP for Canines
Rabies and FVRCP for Felines
If vaccines are declined, your pet will not be admitted for surgery. Please see fees above.
*Spay and neuter surgeries are by appointment only!*
All appointments for vaccine and spay/neuter will require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your clinic fees.
